A little back story :
The Vision within the MCU was created by Tony Stark (Iron Man ) in the 2015 avengers age of ultron movie and is an almalgum of the mind stone, jarvis(iron man's AI), the power of Thor and ultron.
He is synthesised life form made from vibrainium and posses many abilities such as flight, near invincibility, the ability to faze through solid mass and a laser shot from the infinity stone imbedded in his head.
